Testimonials of Fellow

This fellowship has given me the opportunity to connect with passionate and driven individuals from across Nepal, all working toward a common goal—promoting a reading culture in the country. During the Book Bus visits, I have participated in reading circles and various workshops that have been truly transformative. Not only do I get to engage with inquisitive young minds, but I also continue to learn and grow as an individual. I think the fellowship is shaping me into a more responsible individual, teaching me to work well in a team and give back to the community. I can share my love of books through this initiative and have a lot of fun while learning along with my friends. I am thoroughly enjoying the experience.

The fellowship has been a truly meaningful journey for me. When the Book Bus visited Madhesh, it was inspiring to see children and youth actively participating in the activities we organized. Their curiosity, especially around climate change and social issues, made me realize how much impact small initiatives can create. This experience helped me connect with my community in new ways and reinforced my belief that learning should always be fun and engaging.
